If the above method does not solve the problem, most probably this could be the compatibility issue with Windows 7. We can try to run the program in Compatibility mode and check. Make older programs run in this version of Windows. To make the Python interpreter and gedit available everywhere on your system for you, we have to change the PATH variable.
The process is a bit different on different Windows versions. Be sure to double check that the path variable gets the right value on your system. It could be different than what I have written down. As i say i am new in this area, and did not know about this "bandwidth" i diden't even know Bandwidth had anything to do with getting "gpedit" I am still in two minds about trying this?
